I placed my first order with Oakley on…
I placed my first order with Oakley on Saturday , I received an email saying there was a delay with shipping and to check the status of my order via the provided link and order number ... Once shipped they would provide tracking info... Today I checked via the link only to see my order was cancelled . I contacted Oakley via live chat they confirmed my order had been cancelled at there end . They did not even have the decency to let me know until I chased ... Very poor hopefully I will get my money back and glad to be taking my business elsewhere . Reading other reviews I wouldn't have ordered with them I the first place if I would have seen before . I thought Oakley was meant to be a reputable company ???

Absolutely the WORST company to order…
Absolutely the WORST company to order from…. Shipping address was wrong, they couldn’t change address.. I canceled order and they won’t issue a refund… Said they’ll send cancel request to internal team?? Wow. Who would have thought a company as big as Oakley would suck so bad. Seriously! I ordered off the oakleysi, where they verify veteran status. I’ll eventually get my $ back.. Oakley just lost a customer who used their products exclusively..

I bought a pair of frogskins online ,took my payment then said shipping address was wrong. Several calls, emails, still awaiting a reversal of funds .bank said could be 14 days ,oakley said 3 and to ring my bank.

Good experience
There is a lot of complaining about Oakley, but mainly in the US. I ordered three things (pair of Sutro’s, extra lens, extra microfiber covers). They arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition. This is notable as I have also ordered other Sutro’s from Amazon and smaller shops which I returned due to defects (scratches on lenses, broken boxes, etc). Oakley’s customer support isn’t the fastest in replying but I cannot be anything else than happy with the products and shipping time.

Terrible!
I would give a no star. But that is not an option. Eyewear never arrived. Tracking was and is terrible. Getting live support just as terrible. Item was supposed to arrive as a gift before vacation. Nope. My partner left and has returned and guess what, still no item. I hope getting a refund wont be as difficult. I wont order Oakley online again. That why I wear Rayban.

Don’t waste your money
Frame crumbled apart at the temple. Oakley said it wasn’t a manufacturer’s defect…. Guess they’re supposed to do that. These are considered disposable sunglasses since Oakley customer service refused to help.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Ordered the wrong model, realised immediately and emailed them. No response so followed up by phone and told they can’t cancel the order.

Absolutely useless. I was going to order another pair from them but will go elsewhere now.

Poor sales order process and customer service
Extract from email sent to Oakley

Unfortunately, I received an email this morning to say that the product I ordered last night is no longer in stock. I appreciate the quick response to the order which allows me to purchase something else instead. However, I would have preferred if a similar alternative was offered instead so that I could have a choice. I called customer service who informed me that the reason I could still see my item available online is because the website takes a few days to catch up. In 2022 where such a significant proportion of sales are online, this seems like a major system failure. I asked the customer service representative if I could change my order to the black gloss frames instead. She explained that this is not possible and that I would have to place a separate order. As the hold on my debit card will not be released for 3-5 business days, that would mean having double the amount of money tied up with Oakley while the error is resolved. This seems unfair on the customer and not a good way to do business. I asked if she could check if the black gloss frames of the same style are in stock. She said she has no way of checking but she thinks she saw it on the list previously. I could go ahead and order those but there’s no guarantee that the same thing won’t happen again.

I’m really disappointed that Oakley doesn’t have a better sales order process. My husband has a pair of these glasses previously and he loved them. However, sadly, I will not be replacing them with like for like because we have lost faith in Oakley. I’ve just popped onto trustpilot.com to post my review and I see that 83% (of 530 reviews) have had a similar experience with customer care.

I am a customer of this company since…
I am a customer of this company since 1995, I have more then 20 pair of sunglasses must of them jim mahui, I decided to buy a pair of Oakley's, after the 10 days purchase I noticed a defect on the lense ant went back to the store, the lady ( stephanie) looked at the glasses and said sorry but you dropped and refused to replaced only offer to sell me a pair for 50% off, I refused and make a report with the company get my claim number and nothing was done, tried to make a report to the BBB and they are not registered with the burau, contacted the company Oakley and had a claim number the respond was I have no warranty and the option to pay for a replacement of the part is impossible because they have no parts for it, stay away from this company is not the same like years ago and Oakley is own by a big corporation from Italy that dominate the market so they do not care if you buy another brand because the money goes back to their pockets.

Currently having to arrange to get 3 repeated payments back from their spare parts team totalling £360

It’s been an uphill battle to get new lenses, should rebrand to “Everest” from Oakley as it’s climbing one seriously silly mountain.

When the customer service team eventually told me I could get lenses it was too late for one pair of wiretaps….. in the bin they go

For the others, multiple payments taken, sat pending, no order number, no replies, nothing.

A purely horrible company from which I would never give them the £300 for carbon blades again.

Advice for Oakley:

If you want to charge your customers premium prices for a premium product LOOK AFTER THEM. Your customers are limited by the cost, you can’t afford to lose repeat custom when charging £300 a time for glasses!

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! I order a oakley flak from them and they told me that the order was lost in transit .to top it off the customer service is poor and nobody wants to refund me! Don’t waste your time ordering on the site. Find a alternative or order items in store . Scammer site !

The polarized film comes off of limbs…
The polarized film comes off of limbs they do not stand behind their product that you spend several $100s for. Even the Oakley emblem on the side Fade out. They were bought at Sunglass Hut. Happen to both pair that I bought relatively about the same time

Oakley Flak 2.0 XL are not XL fit
Oakley Flak 2.0 XL are not XL fit. No cycling sunglasses for wide faces/heads (only some ugly "shield" glasses with to big lenses).
